No more gluing in the subway

Zone Systems has been honored to deliver large-scale billboards to Clear Channel both in Stockholm's metro and outdoors in Sweden. The delivery includes so-called three-part billboards that the Easy Ad group (Zone Systems, DS Smith and Entevor) developed together for several years.

During the past year, the development of large boards has often taken place with the customer. This is to meet specific requirements and vulnerable environments. As in this case, where one of Clear Channel's critical advance factors was to be able to use non-sticky poster in the metro without the messages "blowing" out of the frame when the metro trains pass at high speed. Through this solution, they go from using pasted advertising to a more cost-effective and simpler system. Which is also more environmentally friendly.

- We are humble and grateful for the great confidence. This is in line with our strategy of being a strong production and development partner for our customers, says JP Lyttinen, CEO of Zone Systems.

- It feels great to see that our hard work has produced results. This is a project that many people in the company and the Easy AD group together with the customer have contributed to, says Olof Viklund, customer manager at Zone Systems.

Zone Systems has for several years delivered traffic frames for outdoor advertising to Clear Channel. The boards are only part of the cooperation that exists.

- Our company's success lies in the fact that we are constantly developing and improving our products and an important part of it is to have good partners. Zone Systems is and has been a competent and committed partner to us for many years and together with the Easy Ad group, they have done a good job on the big boards and developed a solution that meets our strict demands on quality and the environment, says Finn Wikander , Product Director at Clear Channel.

From January 1, 2017, all models of big boards will be delivered to Clear Channel with their new agreement with Stockholm's Local Traffic for outdoor advertising.

- Clear Channel is just one of many customers who can make use of these billboards. We are already on the move with more people, Olof Viklund concludes.
