About Payson Invoice

We offer the payment method "PaysonFaktura" in cooperation with Payson AB.

Payment terms are 14 days and for invoice purchases a fee of SEK 45 will be added.

To be able to order against invoice, you must have turned 18 and be registered in Sweden and approved in the credit check that is made at the time of purchase. The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you specify at the time of purchase. In case of late payment, we send a payment reminder, in which statutory reminder fee if presently SEK 60 is added. We also charge penalty interest of 2% per month from the invoice due date. In case of non-payment, the case is left for collection, with a statutory collection fee of currently SEK 180 added. Payson reserves the right, in individual cases, to refuse delivery and reconsider the client's creditworthiness.

Information about the right to return products

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In order for you to use your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods in undamaged condition, in original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal, it is You who is responsible for the return cost.

Information on pledging

When paying with PaysonFaktura, the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.


Prices: The prices of Zone's products are reported excluding VAT and shipping is added.
Delivery and cancellation: Delivery normally takes place within 5 working days after order receipt. Cancellation after the order has been delivered is not possible.
Retention of title: All goods remain Zone Systems property until full payment is made
Transport damaged goods: Transport takes place on the buyer's behalf and risk. The danger of the goods is transferred from the seller to the buyer when it has been taken care of for transportation. Transport insurance is not taken out by the seller.
Complaint conditions: The buyer is obliged to notify the seller in writing within one week of receipt of any errors or deficiencies in the goods that he has noticed. If this is not done, the buyer loses the right to complain the goods.
Force majeure: Event such as war, natural disaster, labor market action, government decisions that are beyond Zone Systems control, which reasonably could not be foreseen should be attributed to Force majeure, which means that Zone Systems is exempted from its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.
Warranty: Zone Systems provides 2 years of functional guarantee unless otherwise stated. External mechanical damage, however, is not covered by the warranty.
Dispute: Disputes in connection with the agreement shall be settled by arbitrator in Linköping and in accordance with Swedish law.
